In the 90s, I began my IT career doing networking/infrastructure and then later moved to software development which I still love to do. However on many of the teams that I was part of, I found found myself coaching and caring for people on the teams, often when my managers did not. Over the years I've written ... well ... a lot of code. I've also helped people get unstuck in their careers, get clarity on their goals and build their self-confidence so they can be better teammates (and make more money too!)
